While the organization's members span from novices to seasoned blockchain professionals, BBC has placed a huge focus on attracting non-tech professionals to the conversation. It's common for non-tech professionals to shy away from emerging technologies, but Black Blockchain Consultants encourages professionals from all backgrounds to join and learn about the BUSINESS of blockchain. Members collaborate to take courses together at "The Center for Blockchain Studies", in order to understand blockchain technology and become subject matter experts within the industry.

Last year the group successfully launched it's 1st Annual "Black Wealth, Blockchain and Crypto Conference". They are currently planning their 2019 conference which will take place October 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia.
