The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York Issues Call for "Impact Leaders" to Scale Community Change Through Five Core Pillars of Leadership

New York, New YorkThe 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. (100BMENY) today announced the launch of its 2025 Membership Recruitment Campaign, inviting professional Black men of influence to join an elite alliance dedicated to the upliftment of the community.

Standing on the organization’s legendary foundation, this new recruitment drive focuses on the Five Pillars of its Mission, providing a clear roadmap for prospective members to leverage their specific talents for maximum impact.

As the Eastern District of New York faces evolving economic and social challenges, the 100BMENY is seeking a new cohort of members—entrepreneurs, executives, and civic leaders—ready to move beyond passive concern and into active, structured leadership.

"Our mission is anchored by five distinct pillars that serve as the blueprint for our community's success," said Phil Andrews, President of the 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. "We aren't just looking for volunteers; we are looking for specialists in these five areas who are ready to lead from the front. If you have achieved success in your career, the 100 is the platform where you can convert that success into a lasting legacy."
