NEW BLACK NOVEL FROM AWARD-WINNING AUTHOR TELLS THE STORY ABOUT 9 HBCU COLLEGE FRIENDS WHO REUNITE AFTER YEARS APART

Marlon McCaulsky, a 2015 GANSPA award-winning author, returns with his 9th novel "My Current Situation" which tells a unique romance/comedy fictional story from an HBCU perspective.

Marlon McCaulsky, a 43-year old Atlanta-based author, has a knack for churning out a variety of books with diversity in subject matters. Marlon is making an effort in the world of mysteries, romance, suspense, and thrillers to make the leap to the level of ubiquity and universal name recognition of an Eric Jerome Dickey and Walter Mosley.

With his newest novel "My Current Situation," Marlon offers another sexy, sophisticated portrayal of a hip group of tight-knit friends set in modern-day Atlanta, after years apart they all come back together to settle old squabbles and mend relationships. Marlon McCaulsky, originally from Brooklyn, New York, was raised in St. Petersburg Florida. His publications include The Pink Palace, From Vixen 2 Diva, A Dangerous Woman, Returned, and If I Was Your Girlfriend: An Atlanta Tale. He is a 2010 African American Literary Award Nominee for his story "My Boo" in Romance for the Streets.

Marlon is a recipient of the 2015 GANSPA Award, and is a screenplay writer and producer at Creative Genius Films.
