Washington, DC  The Howard University School of Business (HUSB) has launched its new Executive Certification in Diversity Coaching (ECDC) program. The program is a collaborative partnership with the award-winning CoachDiversity Institute (CDI). CDI serves as the only institution that combines the transformational power of coaching with diversity and leadership training.

The distinctive ECDC program is for executives and professionals who want to develop successful coaching competencies, diversity and inclusion integration and leadership skills for use with individuals, teams, or an entire organization. This 4-month program of study is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and delivered by CoachDiversity's team of instructors. It involves 5 days of instruction in Washington, DC on the campus of Howard University School of Business, followed by an additional 25 hours of peer coaching practicum and self-study.
