Mastering the media is a gift that Dr. Avis passes onto others to help them capture and captivate media audiences. As a frequent commentator for CNN, PBS, BET and more, Dr. Avis has handcrafted her signature Master the Media Summit to be a 3-day life-changing and career-shifting event.

"There is a difference between writing a book and selling a book and if you want to sell a book, you have to understand how to acquire and leverage media appearances," said Dr. Avis. Master the Media Summit not only tackles strategies and tactics for authors but also for other key subject matter experts and speakers. She teaches them how to leverage visibility and monetize media.

"Media is one of the best ways to give yourself a raise," said Dr. Avis. Her event will teach attendees how to gain an heir of celebratory while inching towards that celebratory check. Her goal is to train authors and future thought leaders how to give themselves a raise by understanding the power of leveraging the media.
Along with meeting network producers and rubbing elbows with many alike, attendees will learn how to how to talk in compelling soundbites that influence and create massive impact, how to attract and rock appearances on television, radio and podcasts. "We will show you how to truly own your expertise and finally become widely known as the expert or thought-leader that you already are," said Dr. Avis.

The Master the Media Summit is a gathering of entrepreneurs, ambitious professionals, and world-changing activists who are ready to amplify their voices and take their mission and their message to the masses.
