R&B AND JAZZ SINGER CAROL ANN BREVARD'S NEW MUSIC VIDEO "MAY DECEMBER" IS A WARM AND SULTRY GIFT FOR ANYTIME OF THE YEAR

Nationwide -- May December is the official debut music video from R&B Jazz artist, Carol Ann Brevard. This colorful, melodic vibrant tune is perfectly paired with the music video directed by veteran actor and director, Joseph H. James Jr.

May December is track number 11 from Carol Ann's debut album entitled "Greatness", written by Carol Ann and produced by she and band member/Musical Director, Mike Rens along with singer/musician Lee (formerly of Jazz Funk band, The Square Egg).

"When I first heard the track, I immediately loved the international and commercial sound. The song was an excellent choice to create a music video and use the seasons as characters in the video. The music video opens big, then brings you inside an intimate setting with the singer and her male lover.

Myself, cinematographer and producer Moniere and editor Ray Chung were able to create solid visuals that move the audience through the song and story in just over six minutes. The outcome is masterful and cinematic," says James. May December is a Latin-vibed, masterfully crafted musical tale of forbidden fervor which speaks to an insatiable longing to be with a younger lover.

Soul Tracks First Listen about May December: "May December draws you in with Latin rhythms, percussion, seductive horns and a melodic timing that creates a perfect storm telling a story of forbidden romance...it's one of my favorites on the album!"

Other songs from the appropriately titled album "Greatness" include; "It's Complicated", "Possession" and the title track, "Greatness".

Carol Ann received a 2018 Radio Music Award for Best R&B Song for "May December" and she also earned a nomination from the 2017 Independent Music Awards for Best Song R&B/Soul for her single "How Dare You". She also released a single in 2018 entitled "Good Man".

Carol Ann just recently wrote and recorded the title track for the Chicago based independent film, MissRepresent, which is due for release in February 2019. And she's currently writing and recording songs for her forthcoming album titled "Hear to Stay", which will include original tracks "In a Mood" and "Bad Character".
