Welcome to America a Caribbean Musical comes to Southeast Queens, April 20th, 2017. Welcome to America a Caribbean Musical, explores the assimilation of a newly arrived undocumented Caribbean immigrant and the complex pursuit of achieving the American.  It is a universal story of hope and aspiration.

The musical employs both original and familiar songs ranging from music throughout the Caribbean diaspora enhanced with contemporary musical styling.  When protagonist Sabrina Barnes, takes a chance and leaves her island home in hopes of becoming a star.  She's armed with talent and boundless determination, but soon realizes that the dream she seeks may be in jeopardy.
