The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is the Project Management Institute (PMI)’s entry level certification for project managers or people who are interested in entering the field of project management.
The CAPM course and certification exam will prepare participants with the skills to stick to processes, break down a project into work packages or a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and to plan the effort associated with these work packages accordingly. Knowing about proper project management processes and about how to manage time and effort are incredibly valuable professional skills.
