BLACKDOCTOR.ORG WILL SET SAIL ON HOLLAND AMERICA LINE'S NIEUW STATENDAM, WITH THEIR FIRST-EVER WELLNESS RETREAT AT SEA, ENTITLED "WAVES & WELLNESS" CRUISIN' TO A BETTER YOU!

Chicago, IL -- BlackDoctor.org (BDO) announces their first ever collaborative wellness retreat at sea - The Waves & Wellness Cruise. This 7-day restorative experience will take place aboard Holland America Line's Nieuw Statendam, sailing April 12, 2020. The Waves & Wellness Cruise will allow guests to refuel, energize, and reboot all while enjoying some fun under the Caribbean sun.

Retreat activities can be tailored to be as intense (or not) as they want - from morning sweats in hard-core exercise classes to afternoons spent sipping fresh coconut water on a float in the sea. For those who want something in between, sunrise yoga and relaxing meditation sessions offer restorative balance while daily spa treatments like full-body massages and facials are not to be missed.

BDO CEO, Reggie Ware proclaimed, "We're making health experiential for our readers. For 13 years, we've been able to captivate our audience with culturally relevant tips and strategies on how to live healthier and happier lives. Now on Holland America Line we're presenting those strategies 'live and in living color' while introducing personalized roadmaps for how to feel better than ever."

Henry Watkins the Chief Revenue Officer for BDO continued on to say, "Our audience of 22 million health-conscious travelers are looking for transformative vacation experiences. The curated BDO health and wellness program aboard Holland America's Nieuw Statendam will enable them to leave the ship relaxed, restored and rejuvenated!"
