Phil Andrews Leads The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.

Minority Enterprise Development Week (MED Week) 2024 2.0 is one of the most anticipated business events in New York State in 2024 coming on the heels of the global pandemic.

Since its inception the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (LIAACC), has served as a shining example of chamber development.  In 2021 the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. launched the "Retool, Refocus, and Rebuild Black Business campaign in Downstate, New York.

During the last two years the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. served as a participating organization in the Community Navigator Pilot Program, which is funded in part through United States Black Chamber’s grant with the U.S. Small Business Administration.  It's leader Phil Andrews was the winner of the New York Metro District Office of the United States Small Business Administration 2019 Small Business Champion for 14 counties Downstate, New York and Surrounding Areas.
