Abdulrahman
Amer, a trombonist and composer, is attending the Manhattan School of
Music (class of 2019) on a full scholarship. Abdulrahman, named a 2016
jazz finalist in Youngarts, is currently an alumnus of the Banff Jazz
Workshop for creative music as well as the Betty Carter Jazz ahead
workshop.
