Calling all visual and craft artists. One and all are invited to participate in Downtown Jamaica’s Art Fair — scheduled for Saturday, August 26th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm — on the front lawn of the Jamaica Performing Arts Center. The deadline to signup is July 30th at midnight.

Participating artists will include: Wanda Best, Phyllis Miner, Carlton Williams, Winston Huggins, Crystal Ife Sekhem, and Reginal Rousseau. Presented in cooperation with Congressman Gregory Meeks, State Senator Leroy Comrie, Assemblywoman Vivian E Cook, Assemblywoman Alicia Hyndman, Council Member I. Daneek Miller, the Jamaica Center BID, and the Greater Jamaica Development corporation. Food will be provided by Golden Krust.
