81-Years Young And Still Going Strong Inspiring Seniors

Atlanta, GA - The oldest female bodybuilder record holder in the world, Ernestine Shepherd, will visit with QLS largest senior fitness class in America, dominated by a female population ages 55 to 98. The two will come together to discuss better health methods and how to take advantage of health benefits home and abroad through exercise and dieting for our aging community and youth as well.

"I am truly excited for the world," says Leslie “10-Again” Magnum, instructor for the largest senior fitness class in America and presenter for this event. We are bringing visual to those who deserve to be seen says Leslie. When I see my seniors exercising, I see Life being lived and more living desired. This event is meant to inspire those in power in recreation and media to do more and "to be inspired".

World record holder, Ernestine Shepherd and trainer, Yohnnie Shambourger, will put on an exercise demonstration and participate in the 10-Again exercise program filled with aerobics, stretching and calisthenics instructed by presenter Leslie taught in nine languages Korean, Chinese German, Swahili, Arabic, French, Hindi, Spanish, and English.

Invited guests include Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Mayor Bill Edwards, Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Oz , Mr. Felker Ward and more.  This event will take place at Quality Living Services (QLS), 4001 Danforth Road, Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 10 AM.
