Please bring these necessary documents for your appointment:

~ Valid Photo ID

~ Social Security Cards of all individuals on tax return

~ W2 for all jobs worked

~ 2016 income tax return (if available)

~ 1099-INT for any bank interest you earned

~ Statement from mortgage company (if applicable)

~ 1095-A for ACA medical coverage information

~ Your spouse (if filing jointly)

March 17th and 24th
