Farmers Boulevard Community Development Corp. (FBCDC) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to revitalize Farmers Boulevard into an inspiring, convenient and vibrantly utilized main street serving the residents and visitors of southeast Queens, New York.  It has opened the Seed Capital Cafe, on Farmers Boulevard, in St. Albans, to house economic development programs for emerging entrepreneurs in Southeast Queens.

FBCDC will be sponsoring and showcasing programs this Saturday to empower persons in the community with better health, college education, business and real estate finance information.  It also will feature a new visionary video platform offering great opportunities for entrepreneurs in film industry. Qualifying for a Mortgage or Small Business Loan


Fee: $9.50

Don't be intimidated ... Access to a mortgage loan or business loan is based on three core criteria:

(1) tax returns

(2) bank statements, and 

(3) debt-to-income (DTI) ratios or debt coverage ratios (DCR)
