David Austin, is in a highly competitive market in the Jamaica, Southeast Queens, New York area. However, the Owner of Austin's Nothing Fried, with a successful professional background in retail and restaurant management, will not be deterred from his mission.
David Austin (no relation to Publisher, Kamau Austin), is determined to offer healthier food options to people who love southern derived soul food in the largely Black American and Caribbean area. He wants people in our community to feel better and eat food that is cooked in love and concern for the residents of the neighborhood.
