"Turk" Brings It In New Autobiography

Nationwide  -- Former Cash Money Records artist Tab "Hot Boy Turk" Virgil Jr. takes you on a journey of deep spiritual and mental growth as he reveals how he dealt with the struggles of growing up in the infamous New Orleans' Uptown Magnolia Projects, his heroin and cocaine addiction, his incarceration, and how he survived the challenges thrown his way with pure grit, tenacity, and the unconditional love from his family in his new book, The AutoThugOgraphy of Turk.

Cash Money founders Ronald "Slim" Williams and Brian "Baby" Williams discovered Turk while he was rapping and rhyming in Magnolia Projects in 1996. Soon after, Turk was recruited as one of the original members of the now-defunct late 90's group "Hot Boys" crew alongside Juvenile, B.G. and Lil Wayne. Being the biggest draw on Cash Money Records back then, the Hot Boys gained international success and went on to create timeless music as a group, as well as individually.

His first ever solo debut "Young and Thuggin" was released under Universal Records in June 2001. His second solo album "Raw and Uncut" under Koch hit the streets in 2003, before he was charged with second-degree attempted murder after a drug raid shootout in Memphis, Tennessee.

Revolutionary Hair Covering Product Liberates Black Women To Pursue Water Sports And Vigorous Activities

Nationwide  -- Linda Brown, a proud senior citizen with an inventive mind, has invented a unique Water Aerobic Hair Cover that solves a problem that has prevents many African American females from doing water aerobics exercising... which contributes to a healthy lifestyle! The Water Aerobic Hair Cover maintains the hairstyle and keeps the hair completely dry when in the water. The wearer’s hairstyle is preserved, and does not require extensive maintenance following use.

Because there is a need for a product that would properly maintain the hairstyle of African American females when doing water aerobics, water therapy, or water sports and activities, many hesitate to do water aerobics. Those that do participate, however, typically wear swimming caps that apply contractive force to the hairstyle which results in the total loss of the hairstyle. Others use hair-wraps, head scarves, and unflattering plastic caps used when sitting under the hairdryer.

1. The highest quality plant based products
2. Natural organic nonGMO ingredients and of course...
3. Maximum absorbency

September, 27th, 2018 Southeast Queens, New York -- Dolores Hewitt, reminisces well about her organic roots in health.  She is dug deep in appreciation for eating the natural goodness of her Caribbean homeland.  Organic and natural Caribbean farming is inspiring this Black Businesswoman to supplement peak health and fitness with her emerging Regale Health vitamin company.

With reverence she shovels up memories about the physically demanding yet equally satisfying farm work that forged her health focus on the island of Jamaica, West Indies.  It evidently made her a resilient, powerful, and natural proponent of vitamin health supplements.

Hewitt reflects and shares the indelible impression her childhood, on the Island of Jamaica, had on her passion to eat healthy, organic, and natural foods.  "I know what it is to eat what we grow, and my family grew a wide variety of staples such as yams, rice, vegetables, peas and beans, roots such as turmeric and ginger and tropical fruits that were easily and readily accessible" states Dolores.
