 New Castle, DE  -- Local teacher Keziah Finney and her husband James Finney, have created a math intervention program that uses original hip-hop music, created by Mrs. Finney, as a medium to enhance basic math skill performance.

James Finney, founder of JFINTV® Lyrical Math stated, "Music is a powerful recall tool and the right music has the power to give any student the confidence needed to master their basic math."

So far, their fun and engaging teaching style has been showcased in elementary and middle schools in both Delaware (DE) and Pennsylvania (PA). Their plan is to turn Lyrical Math into a nationally recognized math intervention program.
